What does DockSponsor show?

One reviewed sponsor tile in your Dock: the advertiser’s logo on their brand color. Hover to see their name. Click to open your earnings panel, visit the sponsor, or snooze. You can also make clicks open the sponsor’s website directly in Settings.

How is a minute counted?

A minute counts when, for the whole minute, your Mac is awake and unlocked, you have used it in the past five minutes, the Dock is visible, and the tile is running. If the Mac sleeps, locks, goes idle, a full-screen app hides the Dock, or the Dock auto-hides, the minute is not counted. The server rechecks every claim before crediting.

How much do I earn?

Advertisers currently pay $4 per 1,000 minutes. You receive 70% of the price of each valid minute, plus a 10% launch boost that DockSponsor funds from its share. Earnings depend on your usage and on how many sponsors are live.

When do I get paid?

Earnings stay pending for five days, then become available. Set up payouts through Whop; automatic weekly transfers are still being developed. You can track pending, available, and paid amounts in your dashboard.

Do I need to set up payouts before I install?

No. You can earn first. Once you have earned $5, paid placements pause until Whop payout setup is complete. Everything already earned stays in your balance.

Can I pause it?

Yes. Right-click the tile: snooze for 30 minutes, 2 hours, 6 hours, or the rest of the day, or quit DockSponsor. Paused time is never counted.

Why is my Mac not eligible?

Paid participation needs a Secure Enclave, which every Apple Silicon Mac and every T2 Intel Mac has. It is how we make sure one Mac equals one earner.

Can I connect more than one Mac?

No. One account has one connected Mac at a time, and a Mac belongs to one account. Unlink from the tile’s Settings menu or from your dashboard settings before pairing another.

How do referrals work?

Share your referral link from the dashboard. You earn 5% of a referred user’s base earnings, and they get a 5% boost for their first 30 days. Both come out of DockSponsor’s share.
